We don't know how this creature came to be, for the artist has not revealed much to shed light on its creation. Like a cave drawing, he gives us only enough detail to fathom what this denizen of the deep may be like. Similar to a monoprint photograph, the Silver Fish is composed of the shadowy detail of pattern and lines that only serve to deepen the mystery of its being.
