This is the first print that Bob had a sell-out. It sold-out in about six weeks and the price jumped to $600.00. It was issued at $150.00. This print won the top national award in 1976 for graphic art reproductions from the Printing Industry of America.

The scene is of "Riverwood", Bob's old studio in Southmont, North Carolina. You may notice many areas in this painting that Bob has painted in other works. The painting began as a "study" for another painting that Bob later did entitled "The Studio" when late in the afternoon of March 31, 1973 it started snowing. The next morning there was a fresh snow covering the scene, so Bob transformed the initial "study" of "The Studio" into "Late Snow at Riverwood."
