"A Foundation Making A Difference Through One Life" We are proud to introduce you to Patrick Paul. A gifted artist, Patrick spent his life passionately devoted to the world of art. He attended the Rhode Island School of Design and worked for Women's Wear Daily and Monsanto Corporation, both in New York City.

After moving to Houston, Texas, he received the 1985 Creative Artist Award of the Cultural Arts Council of Houston, sponsored by the City of Houston, Texas. From 1983-1984 he was a Core Artist in Residence Fellowship, Alfred C. Glassell School of the Arts, Museum of Fine Arts in Houston. Patrick continued his passion and love of art in Los Angeles, California where he completed both residential and commercial art for clients.

In 1988, Patrick was one of only thirty United States artists invited to display his work at the Olympics held in Seoul, South Korea. Patrick was described by art critics as, "an artist who managed texture, tension and color-range in his paintings, suggesting rumbling landslides and shifting earth." Critics also stated that, "in his contemporary paintings he had the manner of German, Anselm Kiefer." A San Diego, CA, art critic said; "Patrick's art is museum quality and some of the finest seen over the past several years."

Patrick succumbed to the AIDS virus in 1992 at the age of 43. Patrick had a simple request during his final days: To share his artwork for the betterment of mankind. For that reason, in 2004, Patrick's brother, Michael and his wife, Beth established the non-profit foundation called Patrick's Gallery. "It is important the legacy of this talented artist be kept alive," stated his brother, Michael. "We realized by focusing on his passion for art and combining this passion with a commitment to fighting AIDS, we would truly be honoring his life and spirit."
